How a Miami Flooring Company Generated 2,294 Customer Conversations in 60 Days

A South Florida flooring company was competing for attention in one of the most crowded home improvement markets in the country. By testing creative before scaling it and matching ad formats to each product line, we turned their Meta ads into a steady daily stream of shoppers asking about their floors.

The challenge

Flooring in South Florida is a crowded market. Shoppers can choose from big box stores, local showrooms and online retailers, and most of them compare several options before they reach out to anyone. That competition drives up ad costs and makes it easy for a good business to get lost in the feed.

The company needed more than impressions. They needed real shoppers starting real conversations, at a cost that made sense to keep scaling.

What we did

  1. Tested before we scaled. We ran ads side by side to learn what made people reach out: showing price versus leaving it off, and video versus static images.
  2. Matched the format to the product. The data showed there was no single winning ad. Some product categories performed best with video, others with images, so each category got the format that worked for it.
  3. Put the budget behind the winners. Once the top ads were clear, we shifted spend toward them and kept refreshing creative so the audience didn't get tired of seeing the same thing.

The results

In the most recent 60 days, the campaign reached more than 213,000 people in a single month and started 2,294 conversations with shoppers asking about products, pricing and availability. That works out to about 38 new conversations every day.

The second month was better than the first: conversations went up 3% while ad spend went down 9%, bringing the cost per conversation from $8.88 to $7.87. The business now has a predictable flow of interested shoppers coming in daily, and every ad dollar is working harder than it was before.
